Booking Policy 

Surcharges 

Daily room rates are subject to: 

12% Government Accommodation Tax 

10% Service Charges 

5% Resort Fee 

Child Policy 

Children 6 years and younger must always be accompanied by at least 1 adult. 

Deposits 

All reservations require a non refundable ONE (1) night deposit + 12% Government Tax, after the cancellation period ends (14 days prior to arrival)

Master Card, Visa, and American Express are accepted 

Minimum Check-in Age 

At least one person over the age of 21 must be present upon check-in. 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will not be charged.  

Any cancellation made with less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged the one night deposit.

No Shows/Early Departures 

No-shows and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty. 

Hurricane/Tropical Storm cancelation policy  

If a hurricane watch is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Turks & Caicos Islands, guests with a confirmed direct booking reservation have the option to cancel or reschedule to a later date at no penalty*.  

Travel Insurance

Smoking Policy 
Zenza Hotel is a non-smoking property; however, there are outdoor areas available. 

Guest Policy
Only registered hotel guests are allowed to access hotel amenities.
